Plank Dice

Game: Plank Dice Players: Two or more. Type: This is a game of chance and physical strength. Objective: Two (or more) players go head to head rolling dice and planking. The goal of the game is to be the last man planking. Starting the game: Each player rolls one dice to start the game. Whoever has the highest number will go first. If a player rolls any set of doubles (ie. pair of sixes) he or she must do that amount of push-ups (12 for a pair of sixes) while in plank position and then return to rolling the dice without relaxing. There are three strikes in this game. If the players' knee hits the ground, it's a strike. If their butt goes up or down making their back curved, it's a strike. Three strikes and you're out! When there is one player left, the game is over and that player is the winner. Defining Plank Position: Plank position is the same as push-up position. Arms are straight out holding your body off the ground along with your toes pointed straight ...
